Place of performance is Eielson AFB, AK 99702. The base requirement (CLIN 0001) covers replacement of four double-pane window units in the conference room (approximately 117 linear feet of perimeter). All replacement windows must feature triple-pane glass with 1-3/4" thickness, minimum Sound Transmission Classification of 40, U-Value of 0.31 for fixed windows and 0.41 for casement windows, and fiberglass casement frames with color selections subject to government approval prior to purchase. New exterior windows require reflective window film matching existing south-side fenestration. Existing blinds and sound-deadening wall treatment panels must be preserved and reinstalled. Contractors must replace existing solid surface sills with new wider sills or sill extenders for proper water shedding and maintain full temporary exterior weather protection throughout winter until final caulking completion in April/May 2027. The period of performance is 15 weeks per contract line item. Work is restricted to Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays and 168th Wing alternate work schedule days.

The contracting officer will conduct price reasonableness analysis in accordance with FAR 12.204(a); award is not necessarily made to the lowest-priced offer.
