Place of performance is Cave Junction, Oregon. The requirement involves removal of existing Hach 1720D turbidity meters and installation of three new Hach TU5300sc turbidity meters (one with basic cleaning head, two with self-cleaning head, one retained as backup), one Hach SC4500 controller, approximately twenty linear feet of sample tubing with isolation and flow control valves, and a bypass/sample loop configuration. Optional line items include one- to three-year Hach field service contracts for quarterly calibration.

Government seeks quotations below $58,000; price above this threshold may be considered if best value is demonstrated. Quotations must include SF 1442, Technical Information Form with minimum three past performance references, ten-page technical approach, Oregon contractor license documentation, and General References Form. Prevailing wage rates apply under both Davis-Bacon Act and Service Contract Act determinations for Josephine County, Oregon.
