RFP# F17PS00802

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 6 will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to replace approximately 325 feet of 8-inch diameter sewer pipeline with 8-inch PVC sewer pipe at the Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery, UT. A CCTV investigation has identified seven (7) sections of collapsed or broken pipeline. Excavation and replacement of each section of pipe is required to eliminate ground water intrusion to the septic tank system.

The site of the work is at Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery, located approximately 45 miles north east of Vernal, Utah. The address is 24495 East Jones Hole Hatchery Road, Vernal, Utah 84078.
