Work cannot commence under CLIN 0002 until the Procurement Contracting Officer issues a definitization modification.

Contractor personnel must maintain CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification for all information systems processing, storing, or transmitting FCI or CUI. The end item contains export-controlled critical technology; distribution is authorized to DoD and U.S. DoD contractors only.
