Request for Quotation Summary
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Department of the Air Force, Directorate of Contracting at Hill Air Force Base, Utah for the repair of an Amplifier, Trigger P component (NSN 5996-01-454-4605). The solicitation number is FA8250-26-Q-0012, with a quote deadline of June 17, 2026.
The requirement consists of three contract line items (CLINs): CLIN 0001 requires teardown, test, and evaluation of 21 units on a firm fixed price basis with 30-day delivery; CLIN 0002 specifies at-plant repair of 21 units on a not-to-exceed price basis with 60-day delivery, to be definitized after completion of CLIN 0001; and CLIN 0003 covers contract data requirements (A001, A002, A003 CAV AF) on a not separately priced basis. The quotation must include detailed repair cost breakdowns, and work cannot commence under CLIN 0002 until the PCO issues a definitization modification. Additional data deliverables include inspection reports, counterfeit prevention plans, engineering change proposals, acceptance test plans, and progress reports. The solicitation is restricted to qualified sources per FAR 52.209-1, with award determination based on lowest evaluated price among technically qualified offerors. Offerors must maintain CMMC Level 2 compliance, comply with Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF) reporting requirements, and submit payment requests via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Delivery locations include Hill AFB, DLA Distribution Barstow, and GLSC locations, with FOB origin shipping on surface transportation.
