Update #12 ·

NOTE: The following solicitation is planned to still close tomorrow, 17 Aug 2018 at 4:00 PM EST.
The following questions have been received (based on TT & E being signed-off at Origin) recently (this week):
1. QUESTION - What is the process for getting TT & E approved? Do we wait until approval before we start repair process?
1. ANSWER - There's no approval process from TT & E going into repair. You would just roll into the process except for NFF/RETOK or BER circumstances.
2. QUESTION - Would the PCO/ACO need to approve our TT & E reports?
2. ANSWER - The ACO and/or COR would verify the completed work.
3. QUESTION - If so, would then the PCO/ACO need a modification to approve the repairs?
3. ANSWER - No mods necessary. The work would be ultimately reviewed/signed-off in WAWF.
4. QUESTION - Is there a contract requirement/process to move assets under CLIN 0001 to CLIN 0002?
4. ANSWER - No - once TT & E is complete; the item is then repaired under the repair CLIN.
5. QUESTION - Process for being paid upon completion of CLIN 0001?
5. ANSWER - DCMA would sign-off in WAWF like other repairs accomplished at FA8522
6. QUESTION - When does the delivery clock start, before or after TT & E?
6. ANSWER - The clock starts upon induction of the item..
