The contractor will be responsible for equipment start-up, commissioning, operator training, preventative maintenance, weekly inspections, and emergency repairs within 12 hours of notification, with replacement equipment provided at no additional charge if service cannot be restored within 24 hours. All personnel accessing the shipyard must be U.S. citizens with appropriate identification, and the government will provide electrical power, water, and compressed air services.
