The original proposal due date of February 18, 2026 has been extended to March 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, allowing interested contractors additional time to prepare comprehensive bids. Contractors must be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to be eligible for this set-aside opportunity and must acknowledge receipt of this amendment through one of three specified methods before submitting their proposals. A site visit was conducted on January 20, 2026, with approximately 30 representatives from construction, engineering, HVAC, mechanical, fire protection, and design firms in attendance.
