Any other vendor believing it can meet the requirement must submit technical documentation and capability statements demonstrating experience with ROBD equipment maintenance by the deadline via email to the listed points of contact. No extensions will be granted, and only electronic submissions are accepted. The acquisition covers routine calibration, verification, parts replacement, repair services, and remote technical support for six ROBD2 units supporting the USASOC High-Altitude Physiology training mission. The performance period runs 12 months (September 15, 2026 through September 14, 2027) with four optional 12-month years and a 6-month extension through March 14, 2032. NAICS 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) applies with a small business size standard of $34.0 million; PSC J035 is assigned. The sole-source justification rests on proprietary software, diagnostic tools, and ISO 9001:2008 certification requirements tied to the manufacturer. A prior sources-sought notice posted August 19–26, 2026 yielded only one responsive vendor.
