About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office is soliciting professional medical analysis and support services to administer its Reasonable Accommodation (RA) program for employees with disabilities. This combined synopsis/solicitation seeks a contractor to provide medical consultations, analyze medical documentation, and deliver independent medical guidance to help NAVSUP employees with disabilities participate in the job application process, perform essential job functions, and enjoy equal employment benefits. The contractor must possess qualified healthcare provider credentials with expertise in assessing diverse medical conditions including physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and nervous conditions. Evaluation will be conducted on technical approach, past performance, and price, with technical capability and past performance weighted more heavily than cost considerations. The solicitation was posted on January 7, 2026, with a response deadline of January 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM; questions were addressed in a clarification document posted on January 20, 2026.
This procurement does not utilize a set-aside designation, though the RFQ document references a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside that appears to conflict with the primary solicitation description. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period running from February 9, 2026 through February 8, 2031. The estimated contract value is $175,000 to $205,000 across the five-year period, based on anticipated service volumes of 20 in-person medical consultations and 110 virtual telehealth consultations, plus travel reimbursement costs. Services will be performed in locations including Norfolk Virginia, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania, Jacksonville Florida, Puget Sound Washington, and San Diego California, with primary place of performance at Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, though contractors may utilize telehealth for regions outside reasonable distance and network providers outside NAVSUP facilities.
