About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ N0018926QW008, which clarifies requirements for contractor support services providing professional medical analysis related to Reasonable Accommodations (RA) for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office. The document addresses 14 key questions regarding service delivery, staffing, and operational requirements.

The Q&A clarifies that contractors have flexibility to propose medical providers on a case-by-case basis aligned to specific diagnoses rather than requiring a predetermined specialty mix. Geographic coverage should emphasize Norfolk VA, Philadelphia PA, Mechanicsburg PA, Jacksonville FL, Puget Sound WA, and San Diego CA, with telehealth authorized for regions outside reasonable distance. The Government anticipates immediate task orders beginning February 9, 2026, with an allowable ramp-up period for vendor coordination with EEO staff. Work may be performed after hours provided employee meetings occur during NAVSUP business hours. The contractor must provide professional medical staff to conduct disability analyses in person or via telehealth; legal or EEO expertise is not acceptable for RA specialist positions. Monthly meetings with the EEO office will be conducted virtually via Teams or Zoom, with an initial in-person meet-and-greet required. Project managers may be assigned from either corporate or medical teams at the vendor's discretion. No facility clearance, CAC cards, or military installation access is required, as NAVSUP employees will travel to network providers or participate in telehealth appointments. Deliverables will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and Monthly Status Reports may follow vendor-proposed formats or a Government-provided template.
