About this opportunity

Air Mobility Command seeks procurement of three Raumedic Intracranial Pressure monitors with stands and cables for delivery to Scott Air Force Base, with quotations due June 10, 2026 by 12:00 pm Central Time and questions due June 9, 2026 by 8:00 am Central Time. This is an only-one-source acquisition with no competition solicited.

The Department of the Air Force, 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is procuring on behalf of Headquarters AMC Surgeon General's Medical Readiness Logistics Division. Place of performance is Scott AFB, Illinois. The equipment supports aeromedical evacuation of patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries and other neurological emergencies requiring continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure, intracranial temperature, and brain tissue oxygen. The Raumedic system is justified as sole source based on compatibility with implantable catheters used by Military Health System neurosurgeons, design specifications for in-flight environmental challenges including vibration, altitude, and pressure fluctuations, and unique multimodal neuromonitoring capabilities. Market research confirmed Raumedic as the only source meeting minimum requirements.

The procurement includes three MPR2 LogO dataloggers, three Stand Fixation Pole mounting devices, three LWL fiber optic cables, three PTO connecting cables, and six SpaceLabs interface cables. Budget is $109,173.00. Award will be a single Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. Quotations must include completed RFQ Information Sheet with pricing rounded to the nearest dollar, Additional Provisions and Clauses including DFARS 252.204-7017 representation, and a cover letter confirming the quote is valid until June 30, confirming authorized Raumedic seller status, and certifying delivery within seven calendar days after order receipt. Evaluation bases award on technical acceptability and price reasonableness. NAICS 339113, PSC 6515.
