About this opportunity

This is a Firm-Fixed Price contract comprising one base year (July 30, 2026 to July 29, 2027) followed by four optional one-year periods, extending through July 29, 2031. No set-aside applies.

Performance standards allow no more than four nonconformances per aircraft wash, one per lubrication service, five each for aircraft forms and MIS documentation, and zero safety violations. The contractor must establish Quality Control procedures, training and qualification plans (personnel fully qualified within 60 days), and safety plans addressing occupational safety and health compliance.
The Government furnishes the hangar facility, utilities (water, power), aircraft-specific wash soap and lubricants, Government-issued tools, Aerospace Ground Equipment upon request, E-TOOLS with LAN connectivity, and training on unfamiliar procedures. The contractor provides all personnel, equipment, PPE, consumable materials (excluding Government-furnished soap and lubricants), supervision, and training necessary to perform the work.
NAICS 488190; PSC J015. Evaluation weighs technical approach (capability, management, mission continuity planning—maximum 7 pages), past performance (2–4 examples), and price equally.
