About this file

This document is an Incidental Equipment Inventory listing provided by the U.S. Government to account for assets on hand during contract solicitation at Hangar 711. The inventory encompasses four distinct areas: the Office Area, Wash Bay, Composite Tool Kit, and Storage Room, containing a comprehensive range of equipment from office furniture and technology to specialized aircraft maintenance and cleaning equipment.

Within five days of contract award, the Contractor Site Lead and On-Site Contracting Officer Representative (COR) must conduct a joint inventory to verify quantities and condition of all items. The COR documents actual quantities on hand, marks items that cannot be located or have been deleted, and both parties sign the joint inventory document with copies distributed to the Contractor Site Lead and Chief-COR. If the contractor wishes to turn in items, they must contact the on-site COR for disposal instructions, after which the inventory is updated and re-signed. The contractor is responsible for replacement of all consumables and government-furnished assets documented at the time of joint inventory. Office Area inventory includes 2 computer monitors, 1 laptop, 14 office chairs, office equipment, and basic supplies. Wash Bay inventory contains cleaning and maintenance equipment including 4 bookcases, 5 drip pans, 2 mops, 2 pallet jacks, 13 spill pallets, and 4 brooms. The Composite Tool Kit includes 9 cleaning brushes, various wrenches, hand tools, safety equipment such as 12 goggles and 24 rubber gloves, and specialized aircraft maintenance items including wheel covers and pressure wands. The Storage Room contains bulk supplies including 110 thin cleaning brushes, 34 chassis brushes, 15 buckets, 20 extension poles, 27 pairs of rubber boots, and consumable items such as 6 boxes of wash tape, 5 boxes of wash pads, and 22 boxes of N95 face masks.
