This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Networking Office 7 is looking to award a firm-fixed price contract and reimbursement will be on a per-delivery run basis. Contractor shall provide courier services for specimens/ pick-up and delivery for Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) at Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS).
