Update #4 · Latest ·

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION IN ITS ENTIRETY. NO award will be made from this solicitation.

Update #3 ·

The purpose of this amendment is to post QA2 & 3.

Q2. Since this was delayed from the original start date is there currently a backlog of hearings/proceedings that we might need to anticipate being bombarded with?

A2. There will not be a backlog

Q3. Would you consider breaking out the pricing schedule for the base and each option year separately?

A3. Contracting is asking for one set of pricing for the entire 5 years. Please price accordingly. This RFQ will result in the award of a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price IDIQ. Quotes shall include pricing that represents the vendors best offer and discounts. All pricing is final. Vendors should consider that requests for price adjustment will be denied. Pricing structures should include the vendors adjustments for normal economic inflation for the entirety of the five (5) year ordering period.

Update #2 ·

The purpose of this Amendment is to answer Q_A 1, provide an updated Price Schedule in response to Q_A 1, and provide an updated Past Performance Questionnaire (the response date was updated to 20 June 2023).

Q1. 2.2 DELIVERY SCHEDULEÂ

a. An electronic PDF transcript of each sworn testimony shall be recorded within five (5) business days of the date of the last sworn testimony and be emailed to the COR and designated recipient during regular business hours (8:00am through 4:30pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).

b. Expedited delivery of electronic transcripts, at the rates shown in the pricing schedule may be requested at the time-of-service request, provided that justification is provided by the requester, such as statutory time limits requiring expedited delivery for hearing completion.

4. SPECIFIC MANDATORY TASKS AND ASSOCIATED DELIVERABLES

4.2 Post recording of sworn testimony, the Contractor will provide an electronic transcript of each sworn testimony recorded within ten (10) business days of the date the last sworn testimony was recorded.

When I double checked the CLINs there doesn t appear to be anything in there for the different delivery scheduled times? You have CLIN 003 which Standard PDF Transcript of cases (Original plus 3 copies) but no turnaround time mentioned and CLIN 004 Additional copies of cases cost per page again with no turnaround times mentioned.

Without giving these various turnaround times in separate CLINS it makes it very difficult to give a competitive price we would have to assume everything should be billed at a 5-business day rate which is going to be higher than if they order a 10-business day rate.

A1. Please reference updated Price Schedule.
