About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Information Operations (EMS) Division is issuing a Request for Information to determine market interest and capability for the purchase of 4 LaserJet Enterprise M776dn devices for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, with responses due by June 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST.

This is a non-binding RFI that does not obligate the Government to award any contract. No compensation will be provided for information submitted in response. The devices will be deployed at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Dam Neck Facility in San Diego, including use in environments with limited accessibility such as second-level trailers and temporary service trailers aboard aircraft carriers.

The HP LaserJet M776dn is a multifunction desktop printer offering print, copy, scan, and fax capability. Specifications include 45 pages-per-minute print speed for both black and color, 1200x1200 dpi resolution, automatic duplex printing, scan speeds up to 120 ipm in duplex mode, and support for A3 and 11x17" large-format documents. The device includes a 100-sheet automatic document feeder, 1 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, two SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports, and Hardware Integration Pocket 2nd generation interface. The device is CMDNet/NMCI approved and supports Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS operating systems.

The justification emphasizes seamless integration with existing HP infrastructure across Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, compatibility with HP Web Jetadmin centralized management, and alignment with current IT staff training, thereby avoiding additional training, compatibility issues, and multiple maintenance contracts.

Interested sources must submit business name, DUNS number, Cage Code, and point of contact information via email to Tyler Bowman (Tyler.Bowman@dla.mil) or Ernest Gardner (Ernest.Gardner@dla.mil).
