The proposed requirement will provide Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Services (PMI) with the following requirements:
1. Recurring Work: The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter Kitchen Equipment and Systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition.a) Service Orders: The Contractor shall perform service order work in a timely manner and ensure the Kitchen Equipment and Systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function properly.b) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for Kitchen Equipment and Systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life.
2. Non-Recurring Work: Non-recurring work may be ordered utilizing a Task Order for specified ELINs
