Cable management must segregate classified and unclassified networks per TEMPEST standards with integrated cable trays and single master umbilical exit.
All hardware, electrical motors, and controls must comply with Trade Agreements Act and NDAA Section 889 (no covered foreign microchips or processors). Installation personnel must be U.S. citizens with national background screening for base access. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and may include labor subject to the Service Contract Act. Applicable NAICS codes are 337214 (1,100-employee small business threshold) or 423210 (100-employee threshold).
Submit capability statements addressing past performance, CAD capabilities, subcontractor management, NDAA/TAA compliance, timeline feasibility, product specifications, federal contract vehicles, pricing, and warranty certifications to Sonia Boppell (sonia.m.boppell.civ@mail.mil) and Lian Pinzon (lian.pinzon.civ@mail.mil).
