The Department intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror with the lowest price who meets the requirements. Proposals will initially be evaluated without discussions, though discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range. All offerors must register in SAM prior to February 22, 2024 to be considered for award.
There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. Interested parties should submit requests to the identified email by the February 22 deadline. Key details include maintenance of existing generator systems at the Embassy facility over a one year period. Firms are advised to identify relevant NAICS and PSC codes in their proposals along with examples of similar past performance for U.S. Government clients.

The Embassy has a requirement for preventive maintenance professional services of the facility’s standby generator systems on semi-annual and annual basis.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All offerors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
