A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 13, 2025, at 2:00 pm Tashkent time at the Embassy, with interested offerors required to request access at least 48 hours in advance.
This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified contractors. The contract is structured as an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) agreement spanning from September 2025 through December 2029, with a minimum order value of $100 and a maximum ceiling not to exceed $65,000. Key deliverables under the contract include strategic communications plans, creative campaign concepts, branding materials, social media content, media placements, influencer partnerships, and comprehensive reporting on campaign effectiveness. The contract performance will take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, supporting the ongoing historic preservation efforts at the Sher-Dor site. No incumbent contractor information was provided in the solicitation documentation.
