An amendment is added to this solicitation to correct a system error that did not allow the full list of technical changes from the previous amendment to be uploaded to FBO.gov. The Geotechnical Report is now available.
This system error also caused a error in the numbering of the amendments to this solicitation and at the time of this posting four (4) amendments have occurred to this solicitation.
The due date of proposals remains unchanged.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide construction of Project #91252 Pedestrian Bridge, at Fort Bragg, Hoke County, North Carolina. This work includes the construction of a Primary structure includes pedestrian bridge, handicapped access ramps, stairs, and safety fencing. Supporting systems include exterior electrical site and walkway lighting and transformer. Site improvements include asphalt and concrete demolition, clearing, grubbing, utility relocation or concrete-encasement, storm water management, soil erosion control measures, sidewalks, seeding, landscaping, and fencing. Appropriate cybersecurity measures will be applied to the facility-related control systems in accordance with current DoD criteria. Access for persons with disabilities will be provided.
The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and the size standard is $36,500,000.00. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 26 April 2019.
The proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.
This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation. Call 1-866-606-8220 for more information or visit the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. After completing SAM, in order to download documents contractors and their subcontractors must register at www.fbo.gov. In order to locate solicitation, Contractors can go to FedBizOpps and search for the solicitation number at www.fbo.gov.

Primary facility includes pedestrian bridge, handicapped access ramps, stairs, and safety fencing. Supporting systems include exterior electrical site and walkway lighting and transformer. Site improvements include asphalt and concrete demolition, clearing, grubbing, utility relocation or concrete-encasement, storm water management, soil erosion control measures, sidewalks, seeding, landscaping, and fencing.
