Pricing must be submitted in Norwegian Krone with 25% VAT as a separate line item and must include all labor, materials, filters, fluids, batteries, and anticipated supplies; major repairs and hardware replacements require separate authorization.
Quotations must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat PDF format (30MB maximum per file) to OsloGSOBids@state.gov and must include SF-1449 Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information required in Section 3, and proof of SAM registration.
