This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set aside for Indian firms exist, pursuant to the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 USC. 47. or if there are set aside small business concerns which may be able to fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information.
The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms or Small Business). This is a Request for Information only. This NOT a solicitation for proposal, proposal abstracts, or quotations.

Your responses to this request will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is appropriate.
