Vendors must be Original Equipment Manufacturers, authorized dealers, authorized distributors, or authorized resellers capable of providing OEM warranty and service coverage, with proof of authorization via manufacturer's authorized distributor letter. Equipment must be new only; remanufactured or gray market items are not acceptable. The system must support oral solid medications only, use USP Class A packaging materials, and integrate with Pak-EDGE UD Barcode Labeling Software Version 2.0 and downstream Veterans Health Administration Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) software. Delivery, installation, configuration, and training must be completed within 90 days of award. Questions are due June 24 at 11:00 AM PST. Award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive and responsible offeror on an all-or-none basis. All respondents must be registered with SAM prior to award.
