The Bureau of Indian Education, Department of the Interior, seeks onsite physical therapist services for Turtle Mountain Middle School in Belcourt, North Dakota, with quotations due July 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. The procurement is set aside for small business concerns and is a firm-fixed-price contract.
Place of performance is Turtle Mountain Middle School, Belcourt, North Dakota. Services are required approximately once per week between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for one student with an identified disability under IDEIA. The base year performance period runs August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The contractor must provide direct therapy, initial and re-evaluation assessments, staff and parent consultations, service documentation, and quarterly progress reports.
The Physical Therapist must be a United States citizen holding a current, unrestricted North Dakota physical therapy license and must meet one of five education and experience pathways: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with five years progressive school experience; Master's degree with two years school experience; Doctorate in Physical Therapy with school setting experience; graduation from a CAPTE-accredited institution; or accredited U.S. Department of Education-recognized degree. Background security investigation clearance by DCSA is required before onsite work commences. Immunization compliance (MMR, Tdap, Polio, annual TB test) and liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence are mandatory. The NAICS code is 621340, size standard $12.5 million.
Pricing is submitted as an all-inclusive hourly rate for 45 hours, plus 3% TERO fee and optional annual TERO license fee for unlicensed vendors, with Net 15 payment terms.
