The contractor must use appropriate non-chemical technologies where possible and judiciously apply pesticide products presenting the lowest potential hazard to human health and the environment. Unscheduled emergency pest control services must be provided within 24 hours of notification, with two phone numbers (one backup) available after normal business hours. Monthly scheduled services are performed during normal business hours (0600–1430, Monday–Friday) during the first week of each month.
