Update #8 · Latest ·

The goverment is amending RFP HSHQDN-17-R-0003 to change the threshold of Personal Radiation Detector Operational Requirement OR-3 Neutron Detection to reference ANSI Standard N42.32-2016 as opposed to ANSI Standard N42.32-2006.

The Government previously published a Special Notice, dated May 9, 2017, regarding this RFP amendment to determine if the change would have affected the original field of offerors.  The lack of responses indicated that this change would not have affected the original field of offerors.  For that reason, and due to the partially-completed test schedule and additional time and resources necessary for any re-testing, the Government does not intend to accept any new offerors in response to this RFP change.

Update #7 ·

The purpose of this amendment 00005 to this RFP is as follows:

a) To update Section 10.1 Proposal Submission to reflect the due date for proposals for Volumes 2&3, from May 12, 2017 to May 19, 2017 at 5:00pm EST

Update #6 ·

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

a) Extend the due date for proposals for Volumes 2&3 from May 12, 2017 to May 19, 2017 5pmEST

b)Attach an updated Attachment 2 - IDIQ Pricing Template

***NOTE*** The dates in the Key Milestone Schedule on page 73 of the RFP also reflects the new due date for proposals.
