The 356th Expeditionary Theater Support Group requires support for 50 to 60 deployed U.S. military personnel. Performance is estimated February 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, with a 30-day mobilization period.

The contractor must provide a modular field kitchen, commercial refrigeration and freezer units, and dedicated primary and backup diesel generators; the government supplies only an unimproved ground footprint with no power, water, or billeting. Meal requirements are three hot or box meals daily, seven days weekly, meeting 2,500 to 3,000 calories per person daily on a 28-day rotational menu cycle. All food must originate from facilities listed in the Worldwide Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments or receive written sanitary clearance from military Public Health or Veterinary authority. The contractor must deliver a minimum of two gallons of commercially sealed, certified potable drinking water per person per day and comply with Tri-Service Food Code (TB MED 530) standards, ServeSafe certification for all kitchen staff, and Republic of Palau environmental regulations. An on-site, English-fluent Food Service Manager must be physically present during all meal preparation and service windows. Upon contract completion, the contractor has up to 14 calendar days for demobilization and environmental remediation.
