Modifications will be made to the existing basin closure wall and to Berths 1 and 11 to prevent undermining and support fully dewatered conditions. The existing DD1 pumpwell will be connected to the new pumpwell system and the interior modified. Facility will include basic telephone, computer network, fiber optic, closed-circuit television (CCTV) security system, utility metering, and fire alarm systems.

The completion time for this contract is 2009 calendar days after award.

This solicitation is being advertised as "Unrestricted" for full and open competition.
