Update #1 ·
This solicitation replaces SP0600-12-R-0524. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is seeking interested parties to perform Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) services for operation and maintenance of aviation and ground fuel bulk storage on the following Air Force (AF) installations: Altus AFB, OK; Dyess AFB, TX, Offutt AFB, NE; Scott AFB, IL; Whiteman AFB, MO; and McConnell AFB, KS.
