About this opportunity

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, California seeks on-site equipment calibration services for one event covering approximately 150 test and measurement instruments, with proposals due June 25, 2026 and questions due June 16, 2026. The procurement is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside with 100% small business preference.

Place of performance is China Lake, California. The contractor must be ANSI National Accreditation Board accredited and perform calibration to Original Equipment Manufacturer standards in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, and ANSI/NCSL Z540-3. Equipment that cannot be calibrated on-site must be transported to the contractor's facility and returned within four weeks. The equipment list includes precision multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, pressure gauges, signal conditioners, function generators, scales, calipers, dimensional measurement tools, environmental monitoring equipment, and specialized test systems such as the PAWS GOAT system and Multi-Weapon Test Set. Government will furnish all 117 listed instruments as Government Furnished Property; the contractor uses them as-is.

The performance period runs July 1 through September 30, 2026. Two line items are included: on-site equipment calibration (Firm Fixed Price) and administrative handling and freight if needed (Firm Fixed Price). The contractor must provide certificates of calibration for each item, documenting manufacturer, nomenclature, model number, serial number, calibration date, next calibration due date, and status. Payment is NET 30 via Wide Area WorkFlow invoicing. Evaluation prioritizes on-site calibration capability—the proportion of items calibrated on-site versus off-site—followed by price, delivery, and proof of required accreditations. Award will be made without discussions to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the Government. NAICS 811310; PSC J059.
