The Indian Health Service intends to solicit operations and maintenance support for its Clinical Data Mart, anticipated release within the competitive 8(a) set-aside, with sources sought due July 13, 2026.

Place of performance is at the IHS Office of Information Technology in Albuquerque, New Mexico, or at the vendor's location. The contract structure consists of one firm fixed-price 6-month base period (September 30, 2026 through March 30, 2027) followed by four one-year option periods. Core work includes maintaining operational data marts and reports, developing business intelligence and analytic solutions (dashboards, scorecards), generating canned and ad hoc reports, providing technical assistance and customer support, conducting data quality assurance, documenting systems, managing projects, and ensuring security compliance. The purpose of this requirement is to provide support and maintenance (including minor enhancements) of existing and to be developed data marts:

-Provide Data Mart Operations and Maintenance.

-Develop Business Intelligence/Analytic solutions (dashboards, scorecards, etc.).

-Prepare and Publish User Reports.

-Answer Customer Inquiries, provide Technical Assistance and guidance as needed & furnish complete responses to ad hoc Report Requests.

-Provide timely, culturally appropriate customer service and/or presentations as needed to IHS and Tribal staff.

-Provide Data Quality Assurance processes.

-Develop, test and assist with training and implementation of New or Enhancements to Existing Data Marts.

-Conform to Program/Project Management Processes.

-Prepare and Maintain Data Mart Documentation.

-Ensure Security Compliance in accordance with all IHS and Federal Regulations.
