About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command seeks office furniture for delivery to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, with proposals due September 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM local time. The procurement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside. The Nonmanufacturer Rule does not apply, permitting eligible small business nonmanufacturers to offer products manufactured by larger manufacturers, including commercially available items.
The scope comprises 35 pieces of new furniture: one L-shaped desk with hutch in right-hand configuration, one L-shaped desk with hutch in left-hand configuration, two left pedestal desks, two right pedestal desks, 26 mid-back task chairs with breathable mesh, two high-back task chairs with leather, and shipping and handling. All items must be brand new; used, refurbished, and remanufactured items are not acceptable. Delivery is required within 45 calendar days from contract award to Blount Island Marine Terminal in Jacksonville, Florida, where the Government will inspect and accept the furniture. No assembly, installation, placement, or removal services are required.
Dimensional tolerance is up to 4 inches in width, length, depth, and height, except for Shell Credenza and Credenza Hutch components, which must strictly measure 60 to 66.25 inches in width. Laminate color and finish specifications are detailed in the Description of Requirements; contractors may propose standard commercial finishes provided all other salient characteristics are met. The Government assumes responsibility for transportation and risk of loss following acceptance in Jacksonville during subsequent movement to Guantanamo Bay. Commercial warranties consistent with standard practice apply, with contractors responsible for all replacement costs and shipping for defective items. A Defense Biometric Identification System credential is required for facility access. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
