The contractor will provide comprehensive customs brokerage and freight forwarding services for worldwide shipments of unclassified and classified freight items to approximately 15 international locations including Hawaii, Guam, Brazil, Canada, Italy, England, Australia, France, Japan, and other countries. This solicitation is designated as a total small business set-aside, and represents a follow-on contract to the previous award N66604-20-P-0343, with JCI serving as the current incumbent contractor. The contract structure includes both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursable (CR) components, with an estimated 750 hours per year for transportation specialist services and reimbursable fees of $175,000 per contract line item for import/export services such as customs fees, storage fees, and value-added taxes. The incumbent has been paid $106,493 in the current option year 4, providing insight into the contract's financial scope. The contract will span one base year with four one-year option periods, covering the performance period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2030.
