About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command published a Special Notice of its intent to award a sole source contract. The notice aims to award a firm-fixed price contract to Benefactors' Counsel LLC to develop engagement plans and provide strategic planning counsel for five Navy museums over a one-year base period and one-year option period.
The notice provides that Benefactors' Counsel will assist the Naval History and Heritage Command in executing a stakeholder engagement plan for the National Museum of the U.S. Navy campus project and advise on engagement with stakeholders. Interested parties could identify their capability to respond by August 30th, though the justification cites Benefactors' Counsel's proprietary information and seamless transition from previous work as the basis for the sole source award. The estimated value of the contract is $499,000.
