About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District has issued a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement for ProjNet Bidder Inquiry licensing services. Interested contractors have until February 25, 2026—seven days from the posting date—to submit clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The Government has determined that this service is available only from the designated source because competition would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling agency requirements. Award of the contract will be based solely on responses received and is within the complete discretion of the Government.
