Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). While specific award values are not explicitly stated, the contract will be awarded using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractors must provide 2-3 past performance references with detailed contact information and demonstrate capabilities in metal fabrication, particularly in marine environment equipment. The place of performance is the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, with deliverables to be shipped directly to the National Data Buoy Center. Potential contractors should carefully review all attached documents, including technical specifications and drawing packages, to ensure full compliance with the solicitation requirements.
