Questions were due by July 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET, and proposals are due by July 23, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET. The government intends to make a single, all-inclusive firm-fixed price award and has requested additional discounts from potential contractors.

No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation documentation. While specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed, the procurement represents a single unit purchase with a 30-day performance period following contract award. The nitrogen generator system will support critical laboratory operations including a Sciex QTrap 5500+ triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, two Waters QDa single quadrupole mass spectrometers, and a Waters ACQUITY UPLC evaporative light scattering detector. The place of performance is Beltsville, Maryland 20705, where the equipment must be delivered, installed, and calibrated specifically for the TTB Laboratory's requirements.
