Services comprise scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, diagnostics, towing, transport, and mobile technician support, delivered both on-site through fully equipped mobile units and at contractor facilities. Standard service hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, excluding government and corporate holidays. Repair response time is within twenty-four continuous hours of notification. All contractor personnel must hold ASE certification or equivalent manufacturer-recognized certifications with minimum two years hands-on experience; backup technicians must be designated.
