About this opportunity
The National Institutes of Health Intramural Research Program seeks to procure non-research and development project, program, and portfolio support services through a Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside contract. The contractor shall provide an enterprise management system, customized project and program solutions, and transition planning support to track task orders and assist with acquisition, clinical research coordination, data management, and program evaluations. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience providing similar federal research agency support services. Questions are due by March 25, 2022, with responses posted and the solicitation to be posted to SAM.gov with responses due on a date to be determined.
This requirement is set aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses. The contractor must have the ability to support up to 15 users on an automated program management system over a base year and three option years. The government estimates labor hours and other direct costs will total $14.25 million annually. This is a new requirement with no incumbent as the National Institutes of Health seeks specialized project support for its Intramural Research Program enterprise management and solutions.
