The contract covers a fixed period of performance from May 1, 2026, to November 15, 2026, with 220 calendar days allowed for completion following a 10-day notice to proceed.
The estimated project value is below $500,000. Prevailing wage determination ID20260104 (effective May 18, 2026) applies to Ada and Boise counties; electricians earn $42.25 base plus $18.84 fringe, with rates for 16 construction classifications ranging from $17.11 to $42.25 base plus fringe.
