The solicitation requires the production of six specific machined parts, including RADOME CLAMP, CAPTIVE SCREW, SPLIT CLAMPS, Upper Base, and Transition Base for FBG antenna components. Offerors must have an active Joint Certification Program registration to access the export-controlled technical drawings and must provide a technical approach, past performance references, and proof of ISO compliance. The contract will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, with a pass/fail assessment of submitted materials. Quotes are due by January 3, 2025, at 1400 Eastern time, with delivery required before November 1, 2025, for the initial award and subsequent option years.
The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334290 with a size standard of 800 employees. The contract structure includes a base year with four additional option years, with quantities ranging from 4-16 units per line item across different periods. All items must be new products configured in-house, with gray market items and drop shipping explicitly not accepted. The place of performance is located in Newport, RI 02841. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and will be paid through the iRAPT system. The solicitation emphasizes that all products must be new, US-sourced, and configured in-house, with the government reserving the right to terminate the contract if these requirements are not met.
