Delivery is required within 120 calendar days from award receipt, FOB Destination. Award is Firm Fixed Price with prices held firm for 90 calendar days from closing. Evaluation follows a four-step process: responsiveness review, ranking by total evaluated price, technical acceptability assessment of the lowest-priced offeror against salient characteristics, and best-value determination. Amendment 0001, issued September 9, 2026, attached RFI responses and revised applicable clauses; an unlocked version of Exhibit A pricing template was provided due to technical issues.
