Handling must occur under clean conditions with humidity control not exceeding 65%. The manufacturer must assign dedicated personnel for technical execution and quality control and submit a detailed Manufacturing and Inspection Plan within eight weeks of award.
Award will be made without discussions to the responsible supplier offering the lowest price of technically acceptable proposals. Proposals exceeding $10,000 must include completed SARC (Revision 8) and PUR-466 (Revision 5) forms.
