About this opportunity
The Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation is seeking contractors to support the supply and construction of the Mt Elbert Pump Generating Plant (MTE) through a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The objective is to acquire contractor performance for manufacturing, rehabilitation, and other services related to pumps, turbines, and generators at the plant. The solicitation requires offerors to submit proposals demonstrating relevant experience and capability, which will be evaluated on factors such as technical approach, management, past performance, and price. Key dates include a proposal due date of June 27, 2024 and a deadline for submitting questions by May 2, 2024.
There is no set-aside designation for this opportunity. The Bureau of Reclamation anticipates making multiple IDIQ contract awards to pre-qualify vendors for future task orders, but does not identify any incumbent contractors. The minimum and maximum IDIQ contract values are unspecified, and the contract is intended to support ongoing supply and construction needs at the Mt Elbert Pump Generating Plant in Colorado over a five-year ordering period.
