This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business, with a NAICS size standard of 550 employees (NAICS 212319, PSC 5610).

The requirement specifies delivery of 9,680 tons of riprap across three designated sites in New Mexico: 3,300 tons of 12-inch nominal diameter riprap to the Bernalillo Stockpile Site, 5,500 tons of 16–24 inch diameter riprap to the HWY 380 stockpile, and 880 tons of 16–24 inch diameter riprap to the RM 201.8 site on Sandia Pueblo. Delivery to Bernalillo and HWY 380 sites shall occur upon award; delivery to RM 201.8 requires Contracting Officer approval and may be diverted to Bernalillo if Sandia Pueblo approval is not granted before contract expiration. Work is performed Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Payment is fixed unit price per ton and includes all associated costs.
