Quoters must demonstrate technical capability and relevant experience by submitting at least three successfully completed similar projects completed within the last five years with client references, past performance information addressing quality, efficiency, timeliness and customer satisfaction, a delivery schedule, completed representations and certifications, and pricing. Award will be made on a firm-fixed-price basis to the offeror providing the best value based on technical capability, relevant experience, past performance, delivery schedule, and price. The requirement specifies a 90-day delivery period following award and a 90-day performance period thereafter, with delivery required within 8-10 weeks of award. Motors must be standard 2 horsepower, 208-230/480 volt, three-phase units. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission, and Amendment 0001, issued on March 9, 2026, requires quoters to acknowledge receipt by completing and signing boxes 15A through 15C of Standard Form 30 and returning the amendment with their quote.
