The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update the overall Storage System dimensions. The SON is updated from "Shelving system must fit into an area no larger than 19.5 ft W x 9ft D x 92" H" TO "no larger than 20' 10" W x 9ft D x 8ft H".  Due date for offers is not extended.  See attached amendment for complete details.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 and 0002 is to incorporate questions and answers provided during the site visit, to post pictures of the site, and to extend the offer due date.  See attached amendments for complete details.

The 139th AES at the 109th AW/ Stratton ANGB is in need of a mobile storage solution.  Due to limitations of available space, the Spacesaver High Density System would provide the most optimal utilization of real estate, maximizing storage potential and filing solutions for future inventory, but similar and like products will be considered.  Please see the attached Solicitation for details.  Contractors should carefully reveiew the SON on page 3 and FAR 52.212-2 on page 14 for evaluation and award criteria.

A site visit will be held on January 13, 2022 at 10AM EST at the Aeromedical Evaluation Squadron, Building 34, 1 Air National Guard Rd, Scotia, NY.  Contractors are advised that face masks are required to be worn at all times when on base and social distancing will be strictly enforced.  Finally, if you have been in close contact with a person who has been confirmed to have COVID-19 or if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms including Fever, Cough or Shortness of Breath, please stay at home.

All attendees should email their first and las name to Christina.shorkey.1@us.af.mil to RSVP.  This information must be provided NLT 4PM on Wednesday January 12, 2022 to secure a spot.

All quotes shall be submitted electronically to 109.AW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil
