About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice is for market research to secure three-person and four-person Utility Task Vehicle (UTV)/Side-by-Side (SbS) platforms to serve as a deployable Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (dJWICS) mobile operations platform for the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command. The IMAV (Intelligence Mobile Analysis Vehicle) must be ready to be fully operational within 10 minutes of dismount and meet specific requirements for size, payload capacity, engine, drivetrain, tires, chassis, cabin features, power, and an expandable shelter. The dJWICS enclosure must meet TEMPEST and GSA storage requirements for up to Top Secret data, with provisions for laptops, antennas, and encryption devices. This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes to secure three-person and four-person Utility Task Vehicle (UTV)/Side-by-Side (SbS) the primary task of operating a deployable Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (dJWICS) in a self-contained, plug and play mobile operations platform. IMAV must be ready to be fully operational within 10 minutes of dismount. All other preceived specifications for this notice are included in the attachment.
